What this site is
North Alabama Barndominiums is a marketing and referral service operated by Compass Camper LLC (Oregon), doing business as Compass Lead Group. Compass Camper LLC is not a licensed contractor and does not perform barndominium and post-frame home building work. Any work you contract for is performed by an independent licensed contractor under a contract between you and that contractor, to which Compass Camper LLC is not a party.
Information on this site
County permit, septic, licensing and financing information is published for general guidance, with the source and the date each item was read. Rules change and counties differ. Confirm any requirement with the county, the county health department, the Alabama Home Builders Licensure Board or your lender before you rely on it. Nothing here is legal, engineering or lending advice.
Requests
Submitting a request asks us to introduce you to an independent contractor. It creates no obligation on you to hire anyone and no obligation on any contractor to take the job. We do not warrant any contractor's work, pricing, schedule or conduct.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Compass Camper LLC is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or from any contract you enter with a contractor introduced through it.
